Settings

Configure your profile and workspace settings.

Overview

The Settings page allows you to:

  • Update your profile information
  • Reset your password
  • Manage dangerous operations (empty workspace, delete account)

Profile

Display Name

Your name as shown to other workspace members:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Find the Display Name field
  3. Enter your preferred name
  4. Click Save

Job Title

Your role or title within your organization:

  1. Find the Job Title field
  2. Enter your title
  3. Click Save

Email

Your email address is displayed but cannot be changed directly. To change your email:

  1. Contact support at support@orka.ai
  2. Verify your identity
  3. Request the email change

Your email is used for authentication and cannot be modified through the settings page.


Password

Resetting Your Password

To reset your password:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click Reset Password in the Password section
  3. Check your email for the reset link
  4. Click the link and enter your new password

The reset link expires after 24 hours.

Password Requirements

Your password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Include at least one uppercase letter
  • Include at least one lowercase letter
  • Include at least one number

Danger Zone

Actions in the Danger Zone are destructive and cannot be undone. Proceed with caution.

Empty Workspace

Remove all data from your workspace while keeping the workspace itself:

What gets deleted:

  • All agents
  • All datastores and documents
  • All logic definitions
  • All prompts
  • All conversation history

What is preserved:

  • Workspace settings
  • Team members
  • API keys
  • Billing information

To empty your workspace:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  3. Click Empty Workspace
  4. Type your workspace name to confirm
  5. Click Empty

Delete Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data:

What happens:

  • Your user account is permanently deleted
  • You are removed from all workspaces
  • If you are the sole Owner of a workspace, that workspace is also deleted
  • All your personal data is removed

To delete your account:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  5. Enter your password
  6. Click Delete Account

Account deletion is immediate and permanent. Make sure to export any data you need before proceeding.
